During an underwater expedition, the group gets stuck underwater while under attack from a 75 feet prehistoric shark.
Jason Taylor played by Jason Statham, a deep-sea diver is sent in to rescue the group. While the story is not anything new. It is almost cliché but is a good watch either way. The action is one now synonymous with Statham and the main plot seem like an unclear copy of Jaws.

If you love shark movies this is surely going to be entertaining for you or a fan of deep blue sea. The only good ark to the plot is that it establishes a good enough story to villainize the shark.
It is a 5/10 and will keep your action appetite satisfied.
SHIP OF FOOLS.
Viviene Leigh is one of the most talented actresses to ever work in Hollywood and Ship of Fools is no exception. Starring opposite Oskar Werner and Simone Signoret.
Winning best cinematography at the Oscars, this 1965 drama/romance running over 3 hours takes place on a ship for weeks as strangers form bonds and these bonds unearth a lot of secrets among the passengers.
The German ship sees these characters engage in discourse that makes you question why you see yourself in these characters. The question is what kind of fool are you?

Based on the novel by Katherine Anne Porter, Ship of Fools is one of the best adaptations. The anchor of the movie is its opening and closing narrative and the dialogue. As the eclectic combo engage in the subject of Germany in 1933 and hear varying opinions on Jews.
The movie is a period piece, a 7.9/10 and acting does not get better than this.
THE HATEFUL EIGHT.
Samuel L. Jackson, and Kurt Russell are some of the best male performers in Hollywood, paired with Quentin Tarantino, The Hateful Eight is a big plot twist of events.
This is one of Tarantino’s longest feature film running over three hours. It sets bounty hunters among outlaws around a fire after being stuck in a snowstorm but just like his other movies this calm erupts.

Expect blood, every true cinephile can tell it does not only borrow from John Carpenter’s The Thing but is on par with it. If you are not a Tarantino fan, this will seal the deal.
The artistry goes as far as the dialogue goes, without doubt, Quentin is one of the best writers in Hollywood. The dialogue is masterful.
Just so you do not miss it, Channing Tatum makes an appearance, in a scene where a teacup is poisoned. A short but delightful appearance. The movie is an 8/10.
Kid Cudi, Joe Manganiello, Alec Baldwin, and Salma Hayek does not have to do much to be entertaining and they all come together in this barely over an hour comedy.
When their daughter goes off to college, both Frank and Nancy played by Alec and Salma respectively come up with an elaborate plan to conceal their increasing financial problems.

They have one too many drinks, gets kidnapped, start a yard sale against their own need to protect their perceived public image, and even house sit for their neighbour. This house leads to the turn of events that lead this comedy after the house is rented to a sex offender on Craigslist.
The actors do a fantastic job, however, do not expect a solid story, it is a soft story and just sustains entertainment. It is a family comedy. It is 5/10.
THE MAN FROM U.N.C.L.E.
The man from U.N.C.L.E stars probably two of the hottest men in American cinema, Henry Cavill and Armie Hammer, with leading ladies Alicia Vikander and Elizabeth Debicki.
Napoleon Solo, a CIA agent, and Illya Kuryakin, a KGB operative put their differences aside to fight common energy which is a criminal organisation seeking to use nuclear weapons.

Directed by Guy Ritchie, the story is both true to his aesthetics and is light. The camerawork, casting, music, dialogue, editing, plot, all come together with his heavy styling.
The talents are what drives this story to its comic delivery, and the characters are well humanized especially when Solo has to return to save Kuryakin from drowning.
This movie is a must-watch, and a 7.1/10.
Starring Maggie Q, Lindsy Fonseca, and Aaron Stanford, Nikita is a must-watch for those who like a little action in their tea or a lot.
This action, thriller and drama-packed suspense series is based on a French film la femme Nikita and it circles a spy who emerges from the shadows to seek revenge on a shady government agency that betrayed her after rescuing as a teen and training her to become an assassin.

Maggie Q wears her character like a first skin as she leads millions to fall in love with Nikita. A powerful female protagonist giving young girls all over the world inspiration.
The show aired on CW from September 9, 2010, to December 27 2013. It aired 73 episodes. One of the most underrated series of all time maybe because of the network’s underrated too or a lack of sufficient promotion. However, it is an 8/10.
