Being open to creative criticism is a mark of maturity and the application of that criticism is a sign of sanity, simply put the Nigerian government as well as the Police force are simply insane.
At this point, every Nigerian is aware of the growing protest, and while some questions the intention of the protest, every one of them should remain silent.
Progress for the sake of progress must be discouraged. On October 11th, the Nigerian Police did not only insult well-meaning Nigerians who are exercising their civic duty to protest peacefully by hosing them with water, shooting tear gas at them, and shooting actual bullets at them with the clear intention of harming them.
They also in their true to their nature showed a lack of understanding. The people cried out for them to put an END to SARS but they simply changed the uniform and release a statement that can only be described with the social slang “okoto meow”.

The mirage of the dissolution they addressed is only a synonym for 2017-2019 promise of the banning this social disease called SARS, “dissolved”. If redeployment if a necessity, there is always the agricultural sector they always suggest to lecturers on strike.
The Nigerian armed force, as well as our government, is being run by members of asylum if they cannot see that illiterate ex-convicts without proper mental evaluation cannot be armed for sake of security. Their solution is a problem in disguise.
The bible states, he that wants friends, must first make himself friendly. Since they have failed to make themselves friendly by doing the righteous act of simply ending SARS, protests must continue. Lend a voice until we are rid of this virus.
Go out in your numbers, empower those who are on the go, and do not forget to retweet the hashtag #EndSARS.
God bless us all.
